Information you provide directly

• Name and email address when you create an account or purchase a subscription
• Birth date, birth time, and birth location for astrology features
• Payment details — processed securely by Stripe; we never store full card numbers
• Messages, posts, and content you submit in community or chat features

Information collected via Google Sign-In

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive from Google only the information you authorize: your name, email address, and profile picture. We do not receive your Google password or any other Google account data. This information is used solely to create and manage your Great Awakener account.

Information collected automatically

• Device type, browser, and operating system
• IP address and general location
• Pages visited and features used (via analytics tools)
• Session cookies necessary for authentication and site functionality

3. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your account and authenticate your identity
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Generate personalized astrological charts, transits, and readings
• Power the MAX™ AI Oracle experience
• Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets) and optional newsletters
• Improve site performance, features, and user experience
• Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud

We use information received from Google Sign-In only for the purposes above. We do not use Google account data to serve advertisements or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited data only with:

• Payment processors (Stripe) — to process transactions securely
• Cloud infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel) — to host and operate the platform
• Email marketing services (Kit/ConvertKit) — to send newsletters you have opted into
• Contracted developers — bound by NDA and confidentiality agreements
• Law enforcement or regulators — when required by law

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations.

You may request deletion or export of your data at any time by emailing support@greatawakener.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Note that some information may be retained for legal or financial record-keeping purposes.
