• "Unlimited" access allows up to 75 questions per day per user account to maintain fair use and performance.
• Automated or excessive usage may result in throttling or suspension.

Refunds & Cancellations

• All purchases of digital products and subscriptions are final and non-refundable.
• Monthly memberships: cancel anytime; access remains through the end of the current billing period.
• Annual memberships: cancel at the end of the term; no pro-rated refunds.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your dashboard.

All disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in New York County, New York. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class, collective, or representative proceeding. The prevailing party in any arbitration or proceeding may recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

In no event shall TheFutureSociety LLC's total liability exceed the total amount you paid for Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for failure or delay due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or power outages, third-party failures, or other force majeure events.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time for violations of these Terms or unlawful/abusive conduct. Upon termination, you remain liable for amounts due up to the termination date.

Retention & Deletion

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York County, New York, subject to the arbitration clause above.

By using this website or our Services, you acknowledge that all content is for entertainment and educational purposes; you are solely responsible for your choices and interpretations; and you release TheFutureSociety LLC and its affiliates from liability related to your participation.
